If you’re here, you may have noticed changes in your child - at school, at home, or in how they are coping day to day.

You might feel unsure about what is happening, or how best to support them.

I provide life coaching and counselling support for children, teens, and families navigating anxiety, emotional, and behavioural challenges. My work focuses on helping children feel understood, supported, and better able to manage what they are experiencing.

 

My approach is grounded in the belief that healing is about helping children develop their own emotional strength, clarity, and ability to cope over time.

Approach

A Supportive and Child-Centred Approach

Children don’t always have the words to explain what they are feeling.

I use a client-centred, play-based approach that allows children to express themselves in ways that feel natural and comfortable. Sessions are adapted to each child, creating a calm and supportive space where they can begin to understand their emotions.

Alongside this, practical coping strategies are introduced to help children manage anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and behavioural challenges in everyday situations.

Many parents reach out when they can see that something isn’t quite right, but are unsure what to do next.

 

This may include:

  • Changes in behaviour at school

  • Difficulty concentrating

  • Emotional outbursts or withdrawal

  • Challenges with friendships

You don’t need to have all the answers before seeking support.

I work alongside parents to provide clarity, guidance, and practical ways to support their child with more confidence.

The process begins with a simple conversation to understand what has been happening and what support may be helpful.

Sessions are designed to feel calm, supportive, and respectful of each child’s needs. Over time, the focus is on:

  • Building trust and emotional safety

  • Helping children express and understand their feelings

  • Strengthening emotional regulation
